Physiotherapy at Al Noor Dental Clinic

Treatment starts with a full assessment of movement, strength and the cause of your pain, then 45-minute sessions that combine hands-on therapy with targeted exercise, plus a written home programme with videos. We treat back and neck pain from long hours of sitting, sports injuries and rehab after surgery.

Sessions are available at the clinic or at home anywhere in Dubai, and we can review your exercises by video between sessions.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

You can book directly if you pay yourself, but most insurers need a doctor’s referral and pre-approval to cover sessions, and we help you get both.

How many sessions will I need?

Your first assessment decides that. Common back pain often improves within four to six sessions when you keep up the home exercises.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear that lets you move and shows the injured area easily. Bring any scans or reports you have.
